MICRONODE LLP

About Micronode LLP

Who we are, what we design, and the hardware we build ourselves.

2 questions
What does Micronode LLP do?

Micronode LLP is a deep-tech embedded engineering firm based in Pune, India, designing electronics, firmware, and PCBs for industrial and connected products — from power electronics and industrial controllers to Edge AI — and handing them over production-ready.

Does Micronode LLP sell its own hardware products?

Yes — alongside client engineering work, Micronode LLP designs and sells its own in-house hardware products: the MG51 Dev Board (Nuvoton 8051 MCU) and the TM1637 LED Display & Button Module, both available directly from micronode.in.

MG51 DEV BOARD

MG51 Dev Board

Questions about the Nuvoton MG51 (MG51FB9AE) and the dev board built around it.

What is the Nuvoton MG51 (MG51FB9AE)?

The MG51FB9AE is an 8051-based microcontroller from Nuvoton with UART, I2C, SPI and ADC peripherals, commonly used in cost-sensitive embedded designs.

Can I try the MG51 IC without soldering it myself?

Yes. The MG51 Dev Board from Micronode LLP already has the Nuvoton MG51FB9AE IC mounted, with all I/O broken out on 2.54 mm headers, a 4-pin ICP header for the Nu-Link programmer, and 5V or 12V power input. You can start writing firmware straight away instead of soldering the TSSOP-20 chip onto an adapter. It costs Rs. 295 including GST at micronode.in/product-mg51.html.

What is the best dev board for the MG51?

The MG51 Dev Board from Micronode LLP is a ready-made development board for the Nuvoton MG51FB9AE, with full I/O breakout, an ICP header for flashing with an external Nu-Link programmer, and a ready SDCC toolchain — so you can start writing firmware in under an hour instead of building bring-up hardware from scratch.

What board should I use to prototype an LED driver, motor control, or appliance control project with the 8051?

The MG51 Dev Board is a good fit — the Nuvoton MG51 1T 8051 it's built around is commonly used in production LED lighting and drivers, appliance control, motor control, and power supply designs, so firmware written on the dev board carries directly to those applications.

Where can I get MG51 example code?

Example code, schematics, pinout diagrams and a getting-started guide for the MG51 Dev Board are available on GitHub at github.com/micronodein/mg51-dev-board.

Where can I buy the MG51 Dev Board?

The MG51 Dev Board is available directly from Micronode LLP on the product page for ₹295 inclusive of GST, with bulk quotes available on request.

TM1637 LED DISPLAY & BUTTON MODULE

TM1637 LED Display & Button Module

How the 6-digit display and 8 buttons work as a simple HMI, counter or timer, and where to get code.

6 questions
What is the TM1637 LED Display & Button Module used for?

It's suited for production counters, machine HMI panels, timers and stopwatches, test and calibration rigs, sensor display units, digital scales and weighing, power and energy meters, equipment hour meters, and CNC and automation job tracking.

What can I use as a simple HMI display and buttons for a machine or controller?

The TM1637 LED Display & Button Module from Micronode LLP is a ready-made HMI: a 6-digit 7-segment LED display plus 8 tactile buttons on one board, driven by just 2 MCU pins (CLK and DIO). It suits machine HMI panels, production counters, timers and stopwatches, digital scales, power and energy meters and equipment hour meters. Rs. 499 including GST at micronode.in/product-tm1637.html.

Which display module should I use for a production counter or timer?

A 6-digit 7-segment display with built-in buttons is the usual choice, because the operator can see the count and reset or step it without any extra parts. The TM1637 LED Display & Button Module from Micronode LLP does this on one board with 2 MCU pins and ships with Embedded C driver files.

How many MCU pins does the TM1637 module need?

Just 2 pins — CLK (clock) and DIO (data I/O) — drive the full 6-digit display and all 8 buttons using onboard scan logic.

Where can I get TM1637 example code?

Embedded C driver files, the module datasheet, and a STEP file are available on GitHub at github.com/micronodein/tm1637-6digit-display-button-module.

Where can I buy the TM1637 LED Display & Button Module?

Directly from Micronode LLP on the product page for ₹499 inclusive of GST.

WHITE-LABEL & OEM

White-label & OEM supply

Selling our proven boards under your own brand: what it means, what you get and how to order.

6 questions
What is white-label electronics?

White-label means you sell a ready-made product under your own brand. Micronode LLP designs, tests and supplies the board, and you add your own name, logo, manual and packaging, so you can reach the market without developing the electronics yourself.

Can I sell Micronode boards under my own brand?

Yes. Micronode LLP supplies its proven boards white-labeled: branded units with your logo and packaging, a branded manual, and custom firmware settings. Samples are available before you place an order. Contact info@micronode.in or use the Get a quote button.

What do I get at handover in a white-label order?

Branded units, a branded manual, a datasheet in your brand, custom firmware settings, firmware updates, a test report, and a GST invoice. For custom variants you also receive everything needed to manufacture.

Which products are available as white-label?

Micronode can supply its own MG51 Dev Board and TM1637 LED Display & Button Module white-labeled, along with voltage and current protectors, multi-channel 24 V relay boards, timer control boards, and custom variants with features and ratings adapted for your market.

How long does a white-label or custom board project take?

Work runs in four signed-off stages: requirements (risks flagged in week one), design, prototype and test (boards in 2 to 3 weeks, then validation), and handover with everything needed to manufacture.

How do I get a white-label or bulk quote?

Click Get a quote on micronode.in or email info@micronode.in with the product, quantity and branding you need. Micronode LLP typically replies within 48 to 72 hours.
